Description

You will manage and maintain the stability, security, and performance of the organization's computer systems and networks.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and related software components.
• Design and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Implement security measures such as access controls, multi-factor authentication, and system hardening.
• Monitor system performance, logs, and resource utilization to proactively resolve hardware and software issues.
• Manage a team of system administrators and provide technical mentorship.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system administration.
• Strong proficiency with Windows Server and Linux/Unix environments.
• Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Network configuration expertise including CCNA and MCSA level knowledge.
• Experience managing VPNs and remote access solutions.
• Ability to implement firewall rules and intrusion detection systems.
• Knowledge of user access management and MFA enforcement.
• Experience with system hardening and endpoint detection tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
