You will manage, maintain, and optimize a complex IT infrastructure across multiple platforms to ensure high availability and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019), including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Administer and optimize virtualization platforms using VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Execute system updates, patch management, and security configurations to ensure compliance.
• Automate routine tasks and repetitive processes using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Required Skills

• 10–12 years of hands-on experience in system administration.
• Deep expertise in Windows Server and Active Directory management.
• In-depth knowledge of VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter) and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Solid experience with Linux administration (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with backup and recovery tools such as Veeam, Commvault, or NetBackup.
• Strong understanding of networking basics, including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls.
• Experience managing storage systems and data migrations.

Preferred Skills

• MCSA/MCSE, VMware VCP, or RHCE certifications.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.
