Description

You will manage back-end infrastructure and provide advanced second-level support within an MSP environment. You own the stability of client IT systems, from physical servers to cloud resources.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and administer client infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and access points.
• Troubleshoot Windows server issues and manage physical and virtual server environments.
• Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure problems, network errors, and support tickets within SLAs.
• Administer NAS and SAN storage systems and execute infrastructure upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
• Hands-on administration of Hyper-V and VMware virtualization platforms.
• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Proficiency with Windows Server roles: AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, File & Print, and RDS.
• Advanced knowledge of networking, including switching, routing, and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with SAN and NAS storage administration.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data center monitoring and operations.
