Description

You will manage and maintain the Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure for the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Cisco Unified Communications applications, including Call Manager and Unity Connection.
• Manage Cisco Jabber and WebEx environments to ensure seamless user experience.
• Perform troubleshooting for telephony and communication systems to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain network security protocols within the communications stack to protect data integrity.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Cisco Unified Communications.
• Deep expertise in Cisco Call Manager configuration and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Unity Connection administration.
• Proficiency with Cisco Jabber deployment and management.
• Experience managing WebEx environments.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities for complex telephony issues.
• Knowledge of Network Security principles applied to communication systems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
