Description

You own complex issue resolution across hardware, software, and network environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point for technical issues, guiding troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software, and network problems.
• Act as the primary contact for third-party vendors, coordinating support for advanced technical issues.
• Manage and support core IT systems, including Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, VPN, and Windows operating systems.
• Recommend and implement technical solutions to improve system efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a Microsoft enterprise environment, including Windows Client/Server production knowledge.
• Proven expertise with Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Windows operating systems, Desktop Deployment, VPN, and RDP.
• 3+ years of experience with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) upgrade, consolidation, and migration projects.
• 2+ years of experience with Office/Microsoft 365, including mailbox migration experience.
• 1+ years experience with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) or Azure Active Directory, understanding SAML 2.0.
• Adept at using Powershell for task automation and execution.
• Basic understanding of the TCP/IP Stack, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience coordinating with third-party technical support vendors.
