Description

You will own complex infrastructure analysis and support within a Microsoft enterprise environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure Windows infrastructure using Group Policy and scripting.
• Automate and execute routine tasks using PowerShell.
• Manage and troubleshoot complex technical issues across production Windows environments.
• Coordinate technical support efforts with third-party vendors.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience in a Microsoft enterprise setting.
• 3+ years of experience with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) upgrade, consolidation, and migration projects.
• 2+ years of experience with Office 365, including at least one year migrating mailboxes.
• 1+ years experience with ADFS or Azure Active Directory, including SAML 2.0 and cloud SSO understanding.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and scripting for automation.
• Solid understanding of Windows Server and Windows Client environments.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite / EM+S.
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure management and SharePoint environments.
