Description

You will serve as the primary technical escalation point for enterprise Microsoft environments, resolving complex infrastructure and application issues.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support core systems including Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows operating systems.
• Resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues as the senior technical lead.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure timely resolution of advanced technical problems.
• Implement technical solutions to improve system efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a Microsoft enterprise environment, including Windows Client and Windows Server.
• 3+ years of experience with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) upgrade, consolidation, and migration projects.
• 2+ years of experience with Office/Microsoft 365, including at least one year of mailbox migration experience.
• 1+ years of experience with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) or Azure Active Directory, including SAML 2.0 and cloud SSO.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for task automation and execution.
• Experience configuring Windows Infrastructure via Group Policy and/or scripts.
• Working knowledge of the TCP/IP stack, DNS, and DHCP.
• Hands-on management of VPN, RDP, and Microsoft Teams softphones.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite / Enterprise Mobility + Security (EM+S).
• AWS infrastructure management and SharePoint environment support.
• Microsoft certifications in Windows Server, Office 365, or Azure.
