Description
You will serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex system issues.
Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated technical issues across hardware, software, and network layers.
- Act as the primary liaison with third-party vendors for advanced technical support.
- Manage and support core IT systems including Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, VPN, and Windows OS.
- Recommend and implement technical solutions to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of professional IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a Microsoft enterprise environment supporting Windows Client and Server.
- Proven expertise in Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Windows operating systems.
- Proficiency in using Powershell to automate and execute tasks.
- 3+ years experience with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) migration projects.
- 2+ years experience with Office/Microsoft 365, including mailbox migration.
- 1+ years experience with ADFS or Azure Active Directory and SAML 2.0.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP Stack, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience coordinating with third-party technical support vendors.
