Description

Lead complex IT issue resolution, manage core Microsoft infrastructure, and coordinate with vendors to maintain system reliability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Manage Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Windows OS, VPN, RDP, and Microsoft Teams.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure timely resolution of advanced technical issues.
• Research, recommend, and implement technical solutions to improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in a Microsoft enterprise environment.
• Expertise in Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and task execution.
• Understanding of Windows Client/Server, Group Policy, and infrastructure configuration.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP stack, DNS, and DHCP services.
• 3+ years experience with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) upgrades, consolidation, or migrations.
• 2+ years with Office/Microsoft 365, including at least one year of mailbox migration experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Active Directory, ADFS, SAML 2.0, and cloud SSO providers.
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and SharePoint environments.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Windows Server, Office 365, Azure).
