Description

You will own complex issue resolution for hardware, software, and network problems while managing core IT systems including Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Windows operating systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated technical issues and guide the team in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure timely resolution of advanced technical issues.
• Manage and support Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Microsoft Teams, VPN, RDP, and Windows OS environments.
• Research and implement solutions to improve system efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with proven expertise in Microsoft enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with desktop deployment, VPN, RDP, and Microsoft Teams softphones.
• 3+ years of experience with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) upgrade, consolidation, and migration projects.
• 2+ years of experience with Office/Microsoft 365, including at least one year migrating mailboxes.
• Proficiency in PowerShell to automate and execute tasks.
• Understanding of Windows Client/Server production environments, Group Policy, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• 1+ years of experience with ADFS or Azure Active Directory and understanding of SAML 2.0/cloud SSO.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite/Security (EM+S).
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure management and SharePoint environments.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Windows Server, Office 365, Azure) and ITIL best practices.
