Description

You will serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues within the IT infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems across core IT systems.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for external vendors, coordinating advanced support.
• Manage and support technologies including Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, VPN, and Windows OS.
• Recommend and implement technical solutions to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years in a Microsoft enterprise environment, including Windows Client/Server production understanding.
• 3+ years experience with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) upgrade, consolidation, or migration projects.
• 2+ years experience with Office/Microsoft 365, including at least one year migrating mailboxes.
• 1+ years experience with ADFS or Azure Active Directory, understanding SAML 2.0 and cloud SSO.
• Proficiency in using PowerShell to automate and execute tasks.
• Basic understanding of the TCP/IP Stack, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience coordinating with third-party technical support vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities for complex issues.
• ITIL certification or experience.
