Description

You will lead the analysis and evaluation of business requirements to develop technical solutions that automate and improve business processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into system-level requirements for development and testing teams.
• Perform data analysis and document system processes, data flows, and configurations like permissions and security.
• Lead collaborative meetings with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to implement complex project goals.
• Troubleshoot production issues, infrastructure configurations, and user-related defects.
• Manage complex assignments independently while delegating and reviewing work for junior analysts.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in systems analysis or a related field.
• Proficient in relational databases, data modelling, and SQL.
• Strong experience with data mapping and ETL tools such as Talend and Informatica.
• Expertise in Agile processes, including decomposing epics into features and writing user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Experience with process modelling tools like Lucid Chart, Camunda, or Drools.
• Hands-on experience with integration analysis tools including Apigee, Tanzu, and Postman.
• Technical knowledge of APIs, Java Messaging Services (JMS), and Decision Modelling Notation (DMN).
• Proficiency with document management systems like OnBase and Adobe Sign.
• Experience with file transfer tools such as Axway and familiarity with Genesys telephony systems.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Experience building Product Roadmaps and User Journeys.
