Description

You will oversee IT administrative and system operations to ensure high availability and performance across on-premises and cloud infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer servers, applications, and IT infrastructure components, implementing system administration processes and security controls.
• Monitor system performance and capacity, proactively addressing potential issues to maintain reliability.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related incidents, ensuring timely resolution of critical events.
• Manage user access, permissions, backups, and disaster recovery procedures in compliance with security standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve infrastructure scalability and provide technical guidance to junior administrators.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure support roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in Windows and Linux server administration.
• Proficiency in IT Infrastructure Management, including incident management and performance monitoring.
• Experience with monitoring tools, patch management, and backup solutions.
• Ability to manage user access and troubleshoot complex network-related issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage critical incidents independently.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) and/or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Experience ensuring compliance with internal IT policies and audit requirements.
