Description

You will support multi-functional squads by embedding agile principles into daily work and evolving the agile culture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and author solution requirements and specifications for moderate to complex software systems.
• Analyze and distill business processes into defined user stories and requirements.
• Mentor and coach junior analysts across different functions and geographies.
• Brainstorm with teams to find solutions for challenges and roadblocks.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in systems analysis focused on building software solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency with Structured Query Language (SQL).
• Experience with API consumer tools like Postman.
• Ability to rapidly assimilate business goals and objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Jira and Jira Align.
