Description

You will analyze, design, and implement application modifications that integrate with the EHR system.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and technical requirements into functional workflows and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with technical leads and stakeholders to design and configure EHR components.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all implemented workflows and system processes.
• Analyze system performance and interfaces to identify and implement process improvements.
• Support testing efforts and migration tasks for internal applications and EHR modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, ideally within healthcare or EHR environments.
• 5+ years of expertise with Oracle 11g, 12c, 18c, or 19c databases.
• 5+ years of strong SQL and PL/SQL programming experience.
• 5+ years of experience with HL7 and FHIR healthcare interoperability standards.
• Experience conducting feasibility studies, developing data models, and creating system designs.
• Proven ability to manage software development, installation, change management, and testing lifecycles.
• Technical proficiency in Javascript, JQuery, XML, and JSON.
• Proficiency in working with web-based applications using Oracle as a backend.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle APEX 23 and above.
• Knowledge of Java, HTML, and CSS.
