Web Content Management & Portal Development: Extensive hands-on experience with IBM Web Content Management (WCM) and SOA-based applications in a J2EE portal environment, including updating wireframes based on BRD, managing deployments, and supporting multiple environments. Proficient with Google Analytics and Crystal Reports for reporting and insights.
Business & System Analysis: Strong experience preparing technical and application design documents, conducting detailed analysis and recommendations aligned with OPS standards (TRA, PIA, architecture gating), and creating wireframes, use cases, user stories, and comprehensive business/technical documentation.
Accessibility, Testing & Collaboration: Hands-on experience with QA testing, documentation walkthroughs, and knowledge transfer, with strong knowledge of WCAG 2.0+, ARIA, and accessibility best practices. Familiarity with Figma, DevOps, and providing post-implementation support.
Government Services & Payment Integration: Proven experience supporting integrated multi-ministry government services, including Government Payment Gateway, PCLookup, and Driver and Vehicle services within the ServiceOntario web portal, along with strong understanding of system environments and change management.
