Description

You will serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of core IT infrastructure. You will manage Microsoft enterprise environments, coordinate with third-party vendors, and drive the implementation of technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Resolve advanced hardware, software, and network problems, guiding the team through troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Manage and support Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Microsoft Teams, VPN, RDP, and Windows operating systems.
• Research, recommend, and implement technical solutions to improve system efficiency and reliability.
• Act as the primary liaison for external vendors, coordinating support for escalated issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in a Microsoft enterprise environment.
• Deep expertise in Office 365, Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Exchange Server, and Windows Client/Server.
• 3+ years of experience with AD DS upgrade, consolidation, and migration projects.
• 2+ years of experience with Office/Microsoft 365, including at least one year of mailbox migration.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and task execution.
• Configuration of Windows Infrastructure via Group Policy and/or scripts.
• Understanding of TCP/IP stack, DNS, and DHCP services.
• 1+ year of experience with ADFS or Azure Active Directory, including SAML 2.0 and cloud SSO.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure management and SharePoint environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite / Enterprise Mobility + Security (EM+S).
• Solid understanding of ITIL best practices and IT service management.
