Description

Lead the architecture, design, and development of advanced Pega customizations and implementations. Manage the full application lifecycle from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and extend Pega applications using Enterprise Class Structure (ECS) to promote rule reuse.
• Manage rulesets, roles, access groups, privileges, and data access configurations.
• Configure integration settings and design applications for multiple device types, including mobile.
• Perform detailed code and design reviews to ensure architectural integrity.
• Mentor junior team members and manage offshore resources by providing technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in systems architecture or related roles.
• Extensive experience with Pegasystems architecture and development.
• Expertise in Enterprise Class Structure (ECS) implementation.
• Experience utilizing Pega Optimize solutions.
• Skill in integrating multiple technologies within a Pegasystems environment.
• Strong leadership and ability to communicate technical specs to developers.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with both IT and non-IT functional areas.
