Description

Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex IT solutions for the transportation sector.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate new cloud technologies and systems for business applicability.
• Develop and expand existing platforms including Oracle, SQL, Salesforce, Azure, ESRI, .NET, PowerBuilder, AASHTOware, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Create detailed short-term and long-term implementation plans.
• Advise on and participate in disaster recovery planning, execution, and data classification.
• Provide technology briefings and recommendations to management and the IT Steering Committee.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Architect.
• 6+ years of experience working with MS Power Platform.
• Expert-level knowledge of enterprise-level modeling and tools such as UML.
• Proven experience building solutions in MS Azure.
• Active PMP certification.
• Active mid to advanced cloud certification (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience designing and implementing complex IT solutions within the transportation industry.
• Proficiency with Azure, AWS, GCP, SQL Databases, Salesforce, ESRI, .NET, PowerBuilder, AASHTOware, and SharePoint.
