Description

You will manage Windows systems in global datacenters, providing Level 3 administration, incident recovery, and complex troubleshooting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute system upgrades, including firmware, OS, applications, and security patch deployment.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve complex system performance and hardware issues.
• Coordinate with hardware vendors (HP, Dell) to resolve infrastructure problems.
• Implement high availability, failover clustering, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Communicate status updates on incident resolution and project progress.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of L3 Windows systems administration experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows Server OS (2012, 2016, 2019) and Hyper-V.
• Proficiency with enterprise patch management using IBM Endpoint Manager (IEM).
• Hands-on experience with NetApp Snapshots, SnapDrive/Snapcenter, and Nimble Storage.
• Working knowledge of SAN/NAS volumes, CIFS, iSCSI, and Fiber Channel.
• Experience managing HP and Dell rack-mount and blade servers.
• Ability to work 24/7 rotating shifts, including night shifts and on-call rotations.

Preferred Skills

• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Basic understanding of VMware virtualization technology.
