Description

You will manage and maintain complex server environments and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Automate system tasks using PowerShell and Ansible.
• Administer Jira Service Desk, Intune, SCCM, and JAMF.
• Configure load balancers and manage Microsoft 365 software deployments.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and VMware server issues.
• Participate in a one-week rotating on-call schedule.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of combined IT Administrator and Engineering experience.
• Advanced experience with Windows, Linux, or VMware toolsets.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with Ansible Automation.
• Administration of Intune, SCCM, and JAMF.
• Jira Service Desk administration and automation.
• Microsoft 365 configuration and deployment expertise.
• Load balancer configuration skills.
• USC or GC status required.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications: MCSA, MCSE, SC-900, AZ-500, AZ-900, RHCSA, RHCSE, VCP, Network+, CCNA, or Security+.
