Description

You will provide L1/L2 support for end-user computing across devices, applications, and networks.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents, service requests, and change implementations using ITSM platforms.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, device drivers, printers, scanners, and local file services.
• Administer Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Execute patching and OS updates via Microsoft Intune to monitor device compliance.
• Document technical processes, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in system engineering or technical support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune and SolarWinds.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and GPOs.
• Experience managing AVD access and RDS sessions.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Request, and Change management.
• Practical use of ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and BitLocker.
• Ability to use Meraki Dashboard and Windows Event Logs for monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) or MD-100 certification.
