Description

Manage cloud infrastructure and network security operations across a multi-branch environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident response and resolution for cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Administer Azure AD, Zscaler, and Intune to ensure secure access.
• Automate repetitive system tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Oversee networking, VOIP telephony, and audio-visual technology integrations.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure management.
• Expertise in Microsoft Administration and Azure AD.
• Hands-on experience with Intune and Zscaler.
• Advanced knowledge of networking and multi-branch infrastructure.
• Proficiency in server and desktop virtualization technologies.
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and IT security.
• Experience with SIEM solutions and incident management.
• Working knowledge of storage technologies and data center operations.
• Ability to write scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
