Description

You manage project-based tasks and serve as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues across multiple client environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute project work, system upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements.
• Manage and maintain private and public cloud environments.
• Handle P2V migrations and virtualization tasks using VMware ESXi or Hyper-V.
• Configure networking components including switching, routing, VPN, and firewalls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering.
• Proficiency in Windows, Active Directory, and Group Policy creation.
• Expertise in VMware, ESXi, or Hyper-V.
• Experience with Office 365 and public cloud platforms (Azure and AWS).
• Strong networking skills including switching, routing, and VPN.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, and Dell switches.
• Familiarity with ConnectWise PSA and ConnectWise Automate.
• Ability to lift servers up to 40 lbs overhead and climb basic ladders.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco Certified.
