Description

You will manage and optimize end-user systems and operating systems within an enterprise environment, owning the release pipeline and automation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and optimize end-user systems using Intune management.
• Deploy and manage Windows 10/11 operating systems following security hardening standards.
• Develop and roll out automation scripts and applications to end-user systems.
• Conduct POCs and design new tools to improve the end-user experience.
• Provide Level 3 troubleshooting support and participate in a quarterly on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in system engineering or Level 3 support.
• Expertise in Intune administration and user profile management.
• Strong proficiency with Windows 11 and Windows 10 deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Identity and Endpoint Management.
• Experience with Endpoint Privilege Management tools such as CyberArk EPM, Intune, or BeyondTrust.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Proven experience migrating to Windows 11 using Autopilot and Hybrid Entra Joined environments.
• Knowledge of monthly patching processes and cybersecurity compliance standards.
• Ability to produce technical documentation and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
