Description

Design and implement complex system architectures for retail and POS environments, owning the full lifecycle from high-level design to deployment and monitoring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design high and low-level system architectures, including hardware and networking components.
• Build and maintain CI/CD deployment pipelines using Gradle and Spring Boot.
• Implement TDD workflows covering unit, contract, API, and UI automation testing.
• Manage data synchronization implementations and PostgreSQL database operations.
• Monitor system health by configuring dashboards and alerts using tools like Splunk, New Relic, or Grafana.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot and Gradle.
• Hands-on experience with GCP cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and database management.
• Experience with data synchronization implementations.
• Background in retail or POS systems.
• Proven ability in high-level and low-level design.
• Expertise in setting up CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
