Description

You will own the stability and reliability of the IT infrastructure, managing network operations and directory services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot IT resource problems and determine necessary courses of action for resolution.
• Monitor servers, networks, and security operations, including alarm analysis and repair dispatch.
• Maintain hardware and software asset inventories, warranties, and equipment repair histories.
• Configure laptop and desktop devices with required software for new users.
• Implement strategies to increase system reliability, availability, and service uptime.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in system and network engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Domain Controller management.
• Proficiency with DNS and DHCP protocols.
• Strong knowledge of IP Address Management, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Experience managing LAN and WAN environments.
• Technical familiarity with VLAN, Trunking, NsLookup, traceroute, and Inter-VLAN.
• Direct experience working on IIS Servers.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot OS problems, including Apple iOS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with monitoring and reporting tools such as Jira, Power Admin, Pindom, or Nagios.
