Description

You will manage IT operations and infrastructure to ensure security, compliance, and governance across all sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage servers, Active Directory, backups, virtualization, storage, and core infrastructure tools.
• Resolve technical problems through hands-on assessment and on-the-ground troubleshooting.
• Execute IT infrastructure projects, audits, and Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises.
• Coordinate with IT vendors to manage service level delivery and hardware issues.
• Drive standardization of infrastructure, security policies, and procedures.

Required Skills

• Over 10 years of IT experience in infrastructure and operations.
• More than 8 years of experience with Linux platform technologies.
• Strong familiarity with server, virtualization, security, backup, and storage hardware.
• Working knowledge of cloud administration.
• Proven track record in project management, stakeholder management, and vendor management.
• Experience in hybrid (on-premises and cloud) architectural environments.
• ITIL or ITSM certifications.
• Strong leadership, people management, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GCP.
