Description

You will manage and optimize Linux-based ICT infrastructure and hybrid Datacenter services to support 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and maintain ICT infrastructure and Datacenter services to ensure high availability.
• Manage Linux and middleware migration projects, including troubleshooting upgrade-related issues.
• Monitor environment availability, performance, and capacity to inform workload optimization.
• Implement security optimizations for the ICT infrastructure in collaboration with security managers.
• Document and establish procedures for installation, configuration, and management.
• Provide 2nd-line problem follow-up and support for end-users and customers.
• Plan maintenance activities according to ITIL/Change processes to minimize production impact.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience with Linux environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Redhat, Redhat Satellite, and Ansible scripting.
• Experience with OS upgrades (side-by-side and in-place) and Redhat-based systems.
• Proficiency with middleware including Nginx and JBoss.
• Hands-on experience with VMWare, SAN, NAS, and basic networking (VLANs, default gateways).
• Strong troubleshooting and system administration skills.
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and ICT infrastructure security.
• Experience with project management and follow-up.
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks and change management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-availability ICT infrastructure architecture.
• Background in Data Center operations.
