Senior Systems Administrator

You will manage the installation, maintenance, configuration, and monitoring of middleware products within the IES Platform.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain middleware products including application servers, portal servers, case management, and business process managers.
• Manage and monitor API management products and business rules engines.
• Lead complex system administration projects and technical teams.
• Deploy microservices using container technologies and DevOps practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in systems administration.
• 2+ years in a leadership role as a Systems Administrator.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps and microservices deployment using Kubernetes, Docker, or OpenShift.
• Experience with the installation, configuration, and support of middleware such as application servers and portals.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• 7+ years administering and configuring WebSphere Application Server.
• 5+ years with Informatica Powercenter and MDM.
• 3+ years with IBM Operation Decision Manager and Business Process Manager.
• 3+ years with CI/CD tools including GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, or U-Deploy.
• 3+ years with application performance monitoring tools like Dynatrace or Elastic Kibana.
• 3+ years working with NoSQL MongoDB databases.
