You will manage the installation, maintenance, configuration, and monitoring of middleware products within the IES Platform.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain middleware products including application servers, portal servers, case management, and business process managers.
- Manage and monitor API management products and business rules engines.
- Lead complex system administration projects and technical teams.
- Deploy microservices using container technologies and DevOps practices.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in systems administration.
- 2+ years in a leadership role as a Systems Administrator.
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps and microservices deployment using Kubernetes, Docker, or OpenShift.
- Experience with the installation, configuration, and support of middleware such as application servers and portals.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
Preferred Skills
- 7+ years administering and configuring WebSphere Application Server.
- 5+ years with Informatica Powercenter and MDM.
- 3+ years with IBM Operation Decision Manager and Business Process Manager.
- 3+ years with CI/CD tools including GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, or U-Deploy.
- 3+ years with application performance monitoring tools like Dynatrace or Elastic Kibana.
- 3+ years working with NoSQL MongoDB databases.
