Description

You will manage and optimize hybrid cloud infrastructures and globally distributed data centers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud resources including Compute, Storage, Networking, and IAM policies across OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Automate provisioning, scaling, and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible.
• Maintain system observability using Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, and CloudWatch to proactively resolve performance issues.
• Execute patch management, system maintenance, and hardware/OS troubleshooting for Linux/Unix environments.
• Handle incident escalation and collaborate with engineering teams on root cause analysis to meet SLAs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing and operating hybrid infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in Bash, Python, or Ruby scripting.
• Expertise with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong networking knowledge including DNS, HTTP, TCP/UDP, and the OSI model.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Zabbix.
• Intermediate-level management of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience with web servers (Apache, Nginx), web caching (Varnish), and DDoS mitigation.

Preferred Skills

• OCI Certified Architect Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Azure Administrator Associate certifications.
