Description

You will manage and maintain core infrastructure systems in a global, heterogeneous environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Windows, Active Directory, VMware vSphere, and vRealize Suite components.
• Implement and manage Active Directory infrastructure, including Domain Controller replication and Group Policies.
• Perform performance tuning on VMware servers and manage server resources across physical and virtual environments.
• Coordinate with multiple teams and hardware vendors for support, upgrades, and break-fix resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in systems administration.
• Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, ADFS, and Group Policies.
• Strong operational knowledge of VMware, including vSphere, vRA, and vRO.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for task automation and efficiency gains.
• Experience with highly available and disaster recovery environments, including BCDR planning.
• Solid understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and Nutanix.
• Experience managing MS clusters and load balancing configurations.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with hardware OEM support (DELL/HP) and RAID management.
