Description

You will manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring stability for globally distributed hybrid environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud compute, storage, networking, and IAM policies across OCI and other major platforms.
• Automate provisioning and scaling using Terraform and Ansible for Infrastructure as Code.
• Implement monitoring and observability using Grafana, Prometheus, and Zabbix to proactively resolve performance issues.
• Troubleshoot Linux/Unix systems, databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and web servers (Apache, Nginx).
• Handle incident escalations, root cause analysis, and maintain 24x7 operational SLAs.

Required Skills

• 6+ years managing hybrid infrastructure and cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in Bash, Python, or Ruby for scripting and automation.
• Strong networking fundamentals including DNS, HTTP, TCP/UDP, and the OSI model.
• Experience with monitoring tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix.
• Familiarity with Terraform and configuration management tools like Ansible.
• Intermediate database management skills for MySQL and PostgreSQL, including backup and recovery.
• Knowledge of DDoS mitigation, web caching (Nginx, Varnish), and virtualization.

Preferred Skills

• OCI Certified Architect Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Azure Administrator Associate certifications.
