You will manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and operational efficiency for the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain VMware virtualization environments, Cisco UCS hardware, and Pure Storage arrays.
• Manage Windows Server ecosystems (2003-2025), Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange (On-Premises and Exchange Online).
• Implement and monitor backup and disaster recovery solutions using ExaGrid and Veeam.
• Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell and Automox.
• Oversee IT operations, security protocols, and personnel project management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of server system administration experience.
• Expert knowledge of VMware, including Aria Operations.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with Cisco InterSight and UCS Server hardware/software.
• Hands-on experience with Pure Storage, Dell Isilons, and Azure infrastructure management.
• Proficiency in managing Microsoft O365, Exchange Online, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
• Experience with backup solutions (Veeam, ExaGrid) and security tools (Varonis, Proofpoint).

Preferred Skills

• SCCM, LogicMonitor, or ExaGrid certification/experience.
• Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
