Description

You will manage and optimize the Windows Server environment and Microsoft ecosystem to ensure stability, security, and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and performance optimization.
• Administer Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD) to manage identities, permissions, and Group Policies.
• Execute patch management and vulnerability assessments to mitigate risks identified in weekly scans.
• Lead IT projects such as system migrations, upgrades, and new technology implementations.
• Perform incident response and act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and system failures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies including Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 (Intune, Defender, SharePoint, Teams).
• Hands-on experience with Azure and Enterprise Virtualization.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for scripting and automating repetitive tasks.
• Strong understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with Group Policy administration and identity management.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network connectivity and system issues.
• Proven experience in capacity planning and system performance monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• Conduct vendor security due diligence and support compliance audits to meet regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior staff and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and procedures.
