Description

You will administer and support core Windows Server and Desktop environments, ensuring system health and operational efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server and Desktop environments, managing user accounts, file systems, and core services.
• Manage Active Directory, including domain services, Group Policy design, backup, and recovery.
• Maintain virtualized environments and monitor system health, analyzing metrics to identify bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, Ksh, or Perl to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide tier-2/tier-3 end-user support and produce clear technical documentation for systems and procedures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Systems Administration or IT Infrastructure Support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server/Desktop and Active Directory.
• Experience supporting Nutanix Hypervisor, including darksite patching.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation using PowerShell, Bash, Ksh, or Perl.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, Routing, Firewall Concepts).
• Experience supporting storage systems and RAID configurations.
• Ability to perform system patching and firmware management.

• Ability to lift and transport server equipment.
