Description

You will manage system integration, server configurations, and hardware/software installations while providing technical leadership and advanced problem resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute root cause analysis and provide technical support for delivery systems.
• Design, validate, and manage configurations for computing systems.
• Plan and coordinate all system changes and upgrades.
• Administer user access and implement security safeguards.
• Monitor system performance to drive capacity planning and disaster recovery.

Required Skills

• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI.
• Active Full Scope Polygraph.
• Enrollment in a CE program.
• 5+ years of experience as a systems administrator.
• Experience with virtualization technologies including AHV, VMware ESXi, or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with VDI infrastructure and system monitoring.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with executive leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Active certifications in Cloud, INFOSEC, or related fields.
• Experience documenting in Confluence and tracking tasks in Jira.
