Description

You will lead the analysis, design, and development of complex systems to improve organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements management for business and technical processes.
• Conduct process modeling to map current "As-is" and future "To-be" workflows.
• Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with business and IT teams.
• Evaluate alternative system solutions and document recommendations including ROI.
• Manage and lead business and IT staff in implementing approved system solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development.
• 6+ years of direct experience in feasibility studies and requirements management.
• Expertise in process and data modeling.
• Proficiency in UML for process modeling.
• Deep understanding of Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience in systems acquisition and organizational change management.
• Proven ability in business process mapping and engineering methodologies.
• Experience evaluating alternative solutions through ROI analysis.
