Description

You will manage high-level IT service delivery, advanced technical support, and infrastructure projects in Richardson, TX.

Responsibilities

• Administer servers, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtual environments, and storage.
• Manage Backup Disaster Recovery (BDR) infrastructure for on-premises and cloud solutions.
• Resolve advanced technical escalations exceeding Tier 1 and Tier 2 capacity.
• Execute technical implementation projects involving Microsoft 365 and Azure storage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• 5-7+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure.
• 5-7+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
• 5-7+ years of experience with Microsoft server and domain administration.
• Proficiency in managing on-premises and cloud-based storage and security protocols.
• Experience with virtual environments and Backup Disaster Recovery (BDR).

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certifications in Azure, 365, or Security.
• Cisco certifications including CCNA or CCNP.
• Security certifications such as ISC2 SSCP or CISSP.
