Description

Manage high-level IT service delivery, advanced technical support, and infrastructure projects in Richardson, TX.

You will administer servers, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtual environments, and storage. Manage Backup Disaster Recovery (BDR) infrastructure for on-premises and cloud solutions. Resolve advanced technical escalations exceeding Tier 1 and Tier 2 capacity. Execute technical implementation projects involving Microsoft 365 and Azure storage.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, virtual environments, and storage.
• Manage Backup Disaster Recovery (BDR) infrastructure.
• Resolve advanced technical escalations beyond Tier 1 and Tier 2.
• Execute technical implementation projects for Microsoft 365 and Azure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• 5-7+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure.
• 5-7+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
• 5-7+ years of experience with Microsoft server and domain administration.
• Proficiency in managing on-premises and cloud-based storage and security protocols.
• Experience with virtual environments and Backup Disaster Recovery (BDR).

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certifications in Azure, 365, or Security.
• Cisco certifications including CCNA or CCNP.
• Security certifications such as ISC2 SSCP or CISSP.
