Description

You will manage platform administration, system analysis, and the integration of technical solutions within a service environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and document platform administrator changes and maintain current and future state documentation.
• Gather business requirements through discussions and brainstorming sessions to design workflow diagrams and process workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve incidents and manage system improvements.
• Lead platform enhancement initiatives and facilitate project scope, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Coach and mentor business and IT members on platform components and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of direct work experience in a relevant industry.
• Proven experience in technical systems analysis and project management.
• Expertise in requirements gathering and elicitation techniques.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and service delivery.
• Experience managing vendor contracts and implementations.
• Proficiency in Service Desk, technical support, and troubleshooting.
• BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.

Preferred Skills

• Deep knowledge of Queue management and service center applications.
• Prior experience on projects with federal, state, or local government.
