Description

You will manage and support the end-to-end operation of Informatica PowerCenter and associated enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage Informatica PowerCenter, including assessing the impact of upgrades on mappings, workflows, and ETL processes.
• Troubleshoot system outages, installation issues, and application code errors for Java applications running in AWS.
• Manage batch scheduling, calendars, and daily schedules using Control-M or equivalent tools.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Redhat Jboss, Fuse, Apache, and Tomcat HTTP servers.
• Perform scheduled maintenance including patching, performance tuning, backups, and capacity planning.
• Execute daily batch scripts across various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter operations, administration, or troubleshooting.
• 3+ years of experience as a Batch Operator using Control-M or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience working in a PostgreSQL or equivalent database environment.
• Proficiency with Informatica PowerCenter, ETL processes, and AWS.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Redhat Jboss, Fuse, Apache, and Tomcat.
• Ability to troubleshoot via Splunk logs and manage SSL certificates and PGP keys.
• Experience using Jenkins for automation and Jira Service Desk for incident and change management.
• Background in healthcare, health insurance marketplace, or health and human services domains.
• Strong understanding of SQL functions and application/batch integration.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting complex enterprise system operations and batch job configurations.
• Experience managing web-based systems hosted on AWS.
• Knowledge of Java runtime environment concepts such as heap memory, thread dumps, and garbage collection.
