Description

You will lead end-to-end solution design and act as the primary technical point of contact for business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end solution design process to align technical requirements with business objectives.
• Liaise with business users to collect, prioritize, and translate requirements into system designs.
• Provide technical consultancy on solution feasibility, application design, and integration.
• Translate business models into platform configurations or specifications for new implementations and products.
• Manage vendors and partners to ensure project milestones and timelines are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis and design or end-to-end solution design.
• Strong background in the telecommunications industry with deep knowledge of mobile networks.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Compax, Salesforce, or Cloudsense.
• Experience with Billing systems like Matrixx.
• Strong conceptual and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of OutSystems and agile methodology.
• Experience with frontend technologies including Flutter or Vue.js.
