Description

Bridge business objectives and technical implementation through systems analysis, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Interview business partners to define objectives, requirements, and use cases.
• Document technical requirements, user stories, and system stories.
• Coordinate test exercises including user acceptance testing and data validation.
• Analyze complex systems to ensure alignment with software development lifecycle standards.
• Collaborate with teams to develop, deploy, and support key applications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of systems analysis experience.
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL.
• Experience working with databases.
• Practical knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for stakeholder interviewing.

Preferred Skills

• Financial services experience, specifically within Asset Management.
