Description

You own the trade lifecycle management tools, acting as the primary technical advisor for investment professionals. You troubleshoot complex system issues, determine root causes, and guide both users and developers toward solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with investment professionals to resolve functional, data, and technical questions.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions for trade lifecycle management tools.
• Manage production bridges to resolve significant systems and data issues when necessary.
• Maintain high service levels through clear verbal and written communication with end-users and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of business or systems analysis experience in global capital markets.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• In-depth understanding of financial instruments including stocks, bonds, swaps, options, futures, forwards, derivatives, and FX.
• Experience with advanced investment data concepts such as holdings, transactions, security master, analytics, performance, and attribution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related subject.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRD, Murex, or other OMS platforms for real-time portfolio analytics, P&L, and exposure.
