Description

You will own the configuration, implementation, and support of IQMS/DELMIAworks ERP systems within a plastics manufacturing environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement IQMS/DELMIAworks modules to align with business processes.
• Design and develop Crystal Reports for data analysis and operational reporting.
• Manage IT integrations, including those related to acquired companies and multi-site organizations.
• Support quality management systems (QMS) and ensure system reliability.
• Translate technical and non-technical stakeholder requirements into system solutions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of in-depth experience with IQMS/DELMIAworks across various modules.
• Hands-on configuration and implementation experience with IQMS/DELMIAworks.
• Strong experience designing and developing Crystal Reports.
• Solid experience working in manufacturing environments, preferably plastics.
• Familiarity with SQL Queries and/or Oracle databases.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with multiple ERP systems and multi-ERP environments.
• Experience with other reporting tools and business intelligence systems.
• Experience implementing quality management systems (QMS).
