Description

You will lead solution delivery and support day-to-day operations for the Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS).

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical service delivery for Blue Yonder WMS, including configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Provide secondary level support, system monitoring, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal business customers and IT teams to ensure effective communication and value delivery.
• Support the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of WMS initiatives, including Automated Guided Vehicle integration.
• Participate in Agile teams to provide a continuous flow of capabilities and solutions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Blue Yonder WMS IT administrator.
• In-depth technical and functional knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS.
• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience designing data integrations with business systems such as SAP ECC, S/4, or Oracle Transportation Management.
• Proficiency working within Agile methodologies.
• Strong data management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
