Description

Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for USA and Canada.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and deploy payroll solutions to ensure compliance with local tax and labor laws.
• Translate business stakeholder requirements into technical system configurations and functional designs for reports, integrations, and workflows.
• Execute comprehensive testing cycles, including Unit Testing, PIT, payroll parallel testing, UAT, and data validation.
• Manage integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party applications, including Work Force Software (WFS), Benefits, and Taxation systems.
• Collaborate with module leads to drive process optimizations and conduct end-user training sessions.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations.
• Proven experience with multiple USA and Canada payroll implementations.
• Deep knowledge of SAP ECP and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience managing payroll integrations with third-party vendors like WFS, Benefits, and Taxation systems.
• Strong analytical, process management, and technical communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or overtime to meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• SAP ECP Certification.
• Implementation experience in payroll for countries outside of the USA and Canada.
