Description

You will manage application monitoring and observability for multiple products in a large-scale environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application availability, performance, and health across product lines.
• Analyze and diagnose issues related to data communications.
• Troubleshoot system behavior using logs, HTTP headers, and web services.
• Create technical manuals, reports, and detailed documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in application monitoring and observability.
• 8+ years of experience working with various log types, HTTP headers, and web services.
• 8+ years of experience with PowerShell or Python scripting.
• 8+ years of experience in IT operations, programming, or systems development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong capability in technical writing and documentation.
