Description

You will lead the implementation and support of LIMS platforms for laboratory operations, acting as the bridge between technical teams and lab stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements, translating lab workflows into system requirements and user stories.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend optimized solutions for sample tracking, testing, and reporting processes.
• Support data migration, system implementation, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) activities with vendors and IT teams.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, documentation, and user guides while facilitating workshops and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Analyze lab processes to identify automation opportunities and provide ongoing application support.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in requirements gathering (BRDs, FRDs, user stories) and process mapping (BPMN, flowcharts).
• Hands-on experience with LIMS platforms such as Clinisys, STARLIMS, or LabWare.
• Strong experience with data migration and system implementation projects.
• Proficiency in SQL, database concepts, and system integrations (APIs, HL7, ETL).
• Experience creating training plans and materials, including using Power BI or Tableau for reporting.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and work in cross-functional environments.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of laboratory workflows, including sample lifecycle and instrument integration.
• Experience with quality control processes and automated testing strategies.
